For our new store operation in Ivano-Frankivsk we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Assistant to Floor Managers.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls, visitors’ reception, mail coordination and distribution, providing other necessary administrative support to Floor Managers.
Requirements:
• Age: Under 28
• Gender: Female
• Education: University Degree
• Experience/Knowledge: More than 1 year of work experience as a Secretary; high typing skills; highly organized; excellent administrative and communicative skills.
• Some experience in trainings/teaching will be a big plus;
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Languages: Fluent English
